Installation

Before each project starts, one of our dedicated Project Managers will assess the site to ensure that the conditions are suitable and devise a plan to minimize disruption to the property and its owners.

When the project is ready to proceed, we will supply all the necessary labour and materials to prepare the basement.. This means carefully installing the gravel, weeping tile, reinforcing steel and vapour barrier to ensure its ready for the concrete pour.

All of these considerations, preparations and assessments are done by the Project Manager so that we can be confident that the basement floor is poured to meet specification.
